Name and surname, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, personal No., nationality, signature, data of the identity documents, copies of identity documents, marital status, copies of identity documents of family members, bank account number, honorarium, previous teams, stats, availability, height and weight, photo, video, player number, information about business trips, travel tickets, travel information, agent representation agreement, data provided in agent representation agreement, sport activity contract, data provided in sport activity contract, lending agreement, data provided in lending agreement, parent / guardian consent when you are minor, parent / guardian name and surname when you are minor, parent / guardian personal No. when you are minor, parent / guardian date of birth when you are minor, parent / guardian ID number when you are minor, parent / guardian signature when you are minor

We conclude and execute agent representation agreement with you (Art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR)

3.3 To maintain business relations with you, when you are our partner - agent

Name, surname, personal No., date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, agent license, agent license No., the term of the license of the agent, athletes who are provided with agent services, honorarium, bank account number, partnership or any other agreement, data provided in partnership or any other agreement

We conclude and execute partnership or any other agreement with you (Art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR)

Until expiration of the contract and 10 years after expiration of the contract with you 

3.4 To maintain business relations with natural and legal persons you represent

Name, surname, personal No., address, power of attorney, power of attorney expiration date, signature, connection with the represented person, the person you represent, position, telephone number, e-mail address, communication with the Company, information about the person you represent

We have a legitimate interest (to maintain relations with natural or legal persons you represent) (Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR)

Until expiration of the contract and 10 years after expiration of the contract with the person you represent (when we have a contract with you) or 10 years after the receipt of the last inquiry
